The Emotional Competence Inventory is used to help adolescents understand themselves, know their behaviour and interaction with others, understand the emotional and social changes within the school, the adolescent can apply the test himself, or the parents apply it to what they know about their children to help know their tendencies that shape their course of life is applied from 16 to 80 years old
